Payment terms:The Buyer pays 50% (fifty percent) of the amount of the Agreement for the development and supply of Drying Equipment (GZN) within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties to the Agreement and receipt of an invoice from the Supplier by transferring funds to the Supplier's settlement account.
The final settlement under the Agreement is made within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act of putting the Equipment into operation (Appendix No. 3), provided that the Supplier receives a full set of original documents signed by the Parties confirming the delivery and commissioning of the Equipment by transfer funds to the account of the Supplier.
