Later, the design solution of the roll-out field was changed, from drive bogies with hydraulic cylinders were abandoned in favor of a different movement system. The drive bogies were not installed on the construction site and were never in operation. The set of each unit consists of a displacement hydraulic cylinder, clamping cylinders, power pump units, a hydraulic tank and a pump unit for the filtration and cooling system. Hydraulic units with a nominal pressure of 25 MPa are designed for pushing and pulling in the horizontal plane. The working force developed by the hydraulic cylinder is 1500 kN. The maximum force developed by the hydraulic cylinder is 1700 kN. The largest working piston stroke is 1500mm. maximum piston stroke 1600mm. This procedure is not an invitation to participate in the auction; its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public tender and is not governed by Articles 1057-1061 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer any civil obligations in relation to the Participants or third parties who may be damaged by such action.
