Payment terms:

3. Payment of goods can be carried out by the buyer by transfer of the Bank bill to the contractor with maturity of 30 days. The bill is transferred by the Act of acceptance.

In the event that the tax reporting is absent or does not allow with sufficient certainty to ascertain the integrity of the supplier, the customer has the right to request other documents confirming the possibility of independent delivery of materials Supplier, including but not limited to: Extract from the staffing table with the application of copies of employment contracts of persons engaged for delivery, information on the presence of property or on the right of lease: Office, warehouse, industrial premises, equipment/tools/mechanisms, vehicles.
In case of not providing these documents, the customer has the right to reject the offer (offer).
