The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing the total lot price from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:payment in the nearest payment date after the expiration of 30 calendar days from the date of signing by the parties of the original Act of rendered services, subject to the timely delivery of the original Act of rendered services and invoice the original Act services rendered to the customer. Payment days within the framework of the Treaty are number 15 and the penultimate business day of each calendar month
Delivery terms:according to technical requirements. To purchase required two servers and 8 video panels two types of size 49 "(2PC) and 55" (6pc).
Similarly, within the framework of the Treaty need RTD services above equipment.
Timing
Service delivery period November-December 2017 onwards.
