Comments:
1) This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer has the right to refuse to carry out the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for accepting applications without imposing liability

2) All prices in the offer must include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all related services, as well as all discounts offered by the supplier.

3) If the supplier participates in the auction, it means that he agrees, in the event of his announcement as the winner, to conclude a contract for the supply in the standard form of LLC "Building Materials of Siberia" without a protocol of disagreement and to deliver on the terms specified in the purchase announcement.

4) It is mandatory to attach a commercial offer during the main stage and rebidding with an indication of delivery dates and payment terms, quality documents, Certificate (representative, partner ...)

5) Prices must correspond to the currency announced at the auction, in other cases commercial offers are not considered.

6) In cases when the counterparty is not a manufacturer of goods and materials, while he is unable to provide documents (the status must be confirmed by an official letter (certificate) of the manufacturer of goods and materials or information about the status of the supplier must be present on the Manufacturer's website), his offer for the supply of goods and materials is considered if the counterparty agrees to include penalties in the supply contract sanctions in the amount of 100% of the amount of the delivered batch of goods in case of delivery of goods that do not meet the conditions of the specification of goods (delivery of "non-original" goods), and the provision of a 100% delay of at least 60 days.
