Payment terms:Payment for the goods is made by the Buyer on the 60th (sixtieth) calendar day after the end of the reporting period in which the delivery was made. The reporting period is a calendar month.
Delivery terms:Prices are provided without VAT.

Transportation costs are included in the cost of products on a DDP delivery basis - Kogalym, Base of BPO LLC LUKOIL-AIK 174 km of the Surgut-Novy Urengoy highway or BPO LLC LUKOIL-AIK, city of Langepas (indicated in each item).
The delivery of products is carried out in full or in separate batches, drawn up with the appropriate accounting documents within the time frame established by law.

Delivery is carried out: by road transport to the buyer's warehouse (the diagram is attached);

Products must be new, properly packaged and protected from damage.

Mandatory downloadable electronic documents:
1. Scanned copy of a commercial proposal, indicating prices, terms and conditions of delivery;
2. List of documents (reference list; information letter about the company; dealer and other certificates);
3. Permits documentation;
All documentation must be certified by an authorized representative and sealed by the company.

Prices are provided without VAT including transportation costs.

1. In order to eliminate any risks, the Company, when choosing a winner, reserves the right to check potential suppliers for reliability and good faith using any available tools and methods.

2. Proposals from participants in the register of unscrupulous suppliers will not be accepted for consideration.

3. A prerequisite for filling out the tabular section on the ETP! Information concerning the parameters of the purchased products and other requirements of the procurement documentation must be entered in full in the fields of proposals. Failure to comply with these requirements is the basis for rejection of this proposal.

4. Mandatory provision:
- Reference list;
- Information letter about the activities of your company;
- Quality certificates for the offered products.

5. The products must be new (official confirmation must be uploaded on the ETP), packed and protected from damage ..

6. Participation involves:
- Manufacturers of the requested products;
- Official representatives, dealers (it is obligatory to provide confirming certificates, certificates, official letters from the manufacturer on the authorization to sell the requested products);

7. The criteria for evaluating proposals will be:
- Compliance with all stated requirements;
- Offer price;
- Participant status (manufacturer, dealer);
- Delivery time of products;
- Consent of the participant with the edition of the organizer's contract, signing the contract without a protocol of disagreements (the official confirmation must be uploaded on the ETP);
- Fixing the price for the entire period of delivery from the moment of participation in the procedure until the moment of transfer of the goods at the customer's warehouse (official confirmation must be uploaded on the ETP).

This request for proposals procedure is not a tender and its implementation is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this request for proposals procedure does not impose an appropriate volume of civil obligations on the customer.
This request for proposals is not an offer (public offer) of the organizer. The organizer has the right to refuse to conduct a procurement at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the end of the deadline for accepting applications.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
