Comments: PJSC "VimpelCom" invites organizations to take part in the request for information on the project "Selection of an equipment manufacturer, supplier of equipment, licenses and services for the installation of a combined communication center of PJSC" VimpelCom in the city of Krasnoyarsk ".
The purpose of the information request: market analysis and the formation of a preliminary list of participants in the formal procurement process.
Subject of inquiry: equipment of a local / zone (combined) communication center intended for modernization / replacement of EWSD and CS2000 equipment in Krasnoyarsk. The proposal should include a Control switch (or other nodes in the case of an IMS solution proposal), MGW, SORM (Order 268 support), all necessary licenses / software, as well as services for construction and installation work and commissioning and integration into the Vimpelcom network, and the cost of technical support for a period of 7 years.
General technical requirements for equipment and capacity are given in the document "SoC for VimpelCom v1.xlsx" and "SWAP of equipment Krasnoyarsk_Genband_EWSD_16.07.xlsx".
To participate in a request for information, an organization must fill out and provide:
1) document "SoC for VimpelCom v1.xlsx"
2) commercial offer as a whole for this project, according to the "Subject of the request"
3) price list for the entire line of equipment and licenses, services
4) cost and conditions of technical support
5) warranty conditions
6) road-map for this line of equipment
7) description of the solution, certificates, examples of legalization on the territory of Russia as a combined telephone communication center
8) other documents required to clarify the composition of the proposal
To participate in a request for information, an organization must also:
1. Fill in the file Documents for participation (including the Participant Questionnaire), providing them in PDF format (scanned with signature and seal) and Word.
2. Provide a scanned copy of the balance sheet for the last three reporting periods, certified by the seal of the company and the tax authority.
3. Provide a scanned copy of the profit and loss statement for the last three reporting periods, certified by the seal of the company and the tax authority.
4. Provide an Excel template filled out in accordance with the attached reporting.

Electronic copies of documents must meet the following conditions:
• the participant must ensure that each scanned document is easy to read;
