| Payment terms: | the buyer pays for the Goods within 45 (Forty five) days from the date of receipt of the Goods with the TORG-12 consignment note signed by the Parties, the Goods acceptance certificate, on the basis of the invoice issued by the Supplier. The Buyer transfers the funds to the Supplier in the amount determined by the Parties in the relevant Specifications to this Agreement. |

| Documentation provision procedure: | Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published. |
