Payment terms:an advance in the amount of 30% is paid by the Buyer within 45 (forty five) calendar days from the date of the conclusion of the contract and the Supplier provides security for the return of the advance in the amount of the advance;
the remaining amount under the agreement in the amount of 70% is paid by the Buyer within 45 (forty-five) calendar days from the date of delivery of the products according to the specification after the advance payment has been fully closed.
