Acceptance of goods and materials at the Buyer's warehouse
1) The commercial proposal must be issued on an official letterhead with the seal and signature of the manager and attached to the loading documentation.
2) The commercial proposal must indicate
- the cost of goods and materials with VAT, including delivery to the Buyer's warehouse, including packaging (Packaging should only be in accordance with the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 and GOST 14192-96),
- units of measurement in the commercial proposal must correspond to the requested ones;
- attitude to products (free seller, dealer, manufacturer, etc.);
- delivery time to the buyer's warehouse;
- warranty conditions;
- approximate volume and weight (for the entire volume);
- delivery method;
- terms of payment;
- agreement with the contract.
3) Products must be new, unused,
4) Before shipment, you must provide a photo card of the packaging of the goods, a photo of the labeling of the goods (requirements for labeling in the uploaded documentation)
5) This RFP procedure is not a tender, and its implementation is not regulated by Articles 447-449, Section 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
