Comments:
For technical questions on placing proposals, please, call + 7 495 989-85-19 ext. number: 7610/7620. The choice of supplier is made at a minimum price, taking into account the cost of delivery to the warehouse of Omsk Carbon Mogilev, on the terms of cooperation on payment, as mentioned above, on the typical form of the Buyer's contract.
Please load the commercial offer as well as a reference sheet confirming the competence of the supplier.
For the convenience of making a quote, please send to us a completed table in eletron form, as well as its scan with signature and stamp. After the end of the bidding process, 60 minutes will be given to update the documentation.

Only the contract is accepted in the buyer's editorial office without the minutes of disagreement.
Be sure to upload and send by post the quality certificates and manufacturer's passports for the offered products.
Please note that this request is not a form of competition/auction/public offer and does not fall under the regulation of articles 447-449 of the first Civil Code of the Russian Federation. When conducting request for price quotations/offers an invitation to participate, together with documentation on request is an invitation to suppliers to make offers to the Organizer of the procurement procedure; application for participation in the request is an offer of potential Participant of RFQ/RFP. Thus the Organizer has no obligation to enter into a contract based on RFP results.

- 100% deferred payment on the fact of delivery of equipment;
- Pre-payment of 500,000 increased. rubles from the cost of equipment according to your CP, the remainder of the equipment delivery to Omsk Carbon Mogilev;
- 100% irrevocable unconfirmed uncovered letter of credit for the supply of the entire volume of equipment;
- A bank guarantee for the amount of prepayment (the amount of prepayment s% according to your CP).
