Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:The Buyer undertakes to pay the cost of the equipment in advance one hundred percent (100%) within 5 (five) business days from the date of signing the Contract. In case of exceeding the payment deadline, the seller has the right to refuse to execute the Contract.

Dear Bidders, we ask you to indicate your price offers taking into account the long period of coordination of the results of the Bidding procedure!
We ask you to indicate your price offers without VAT, but the cost of sales will be increased by the amount of VAT.
Be sure to attach signed, as well as in Excel format, applications 1.1 - 1.4. simultaneously with the bid submission! THE OFFER WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT THESE DOCUMENTS!
It is possible to change the composition of the lot in a smaller direction.
Due to the limited period of the Bidding procedure, it is not possible to carry out an operational inspection of the equipment put up for competitive bidding process.
This announcement of the sale is not an offer or a public offer of the Organizer, this procedure is not a procedure for conducting a competition. The Organizer has the right to refuse all received offers for any reason or to terminate the procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Buyers.
