| Payment terms: | - The buyer makes an advance payment in the amount of 30% within 20 calendar days from the date of the conclusion of the contract, but subject to the provision of security for the return of the advance and the execution of the contract. (Appendix 7),
- Payment for the remainder of the contract will be carried out - 70% payment upon delivery within 45 calendar days from the receipt of goods and materials at the Buyer's warehouse (fixed by a mark in the waybill). |
