Comments:
1. This notice is not a Bid Notice and has no relevant legal consequences. The Customer has the right to refuse all received offers for any reason or to terminate the open request for proposals procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to suppliers.

2. The winner of the request for proposals will be the Bidder who has proposed in aggregate the best technical and economic conditions in accordance with this notification. A certificate is required

3. The contract based on the results of the request for proposals, in case the winner is determined, will be concluded within 30 (thirty) days from the date of signing the protocol to determine the winner of the price request.

4. After the end of the competitive bidding process in the b2b-Mechel System, Bidders submit an offer with the latest price in electronic form by e-mail: N.V.Karkanitsa@gmz.kuzbass.net
tel: within 1 (one) business day from the end of the submission of proposals. In case of violation of this requirement, all proposals of such a Bidder may be rejected by the Procurement Commission without consideration on the merits.
For counterparties who have previously registered in the System, but have not received E-Signature and have not paid for participation in the System, it is possible to upload proposals by the organizer of the request for proposals on behalf of the counterparty. To do this, three documents are required:
- An offer (commercial offer) certified by the signature of an authorized person and the seal of the organization;
- A document establishing the right to perform actions on behalf of the counterparty (for example, a power of attorney);
- A letter of waiver of further claims due to the fact that the offer is submitted at the competitive bidding process not by the Bidder himself (in free form on the company's letterhead with the signature of an authorized person).attachments.

Обоснование: Отклонить предложение по минимальной стоимости:
- от ООО "ЭНЕРГО-СИТИ" по позиции 11, по причине несоответствия характеристик предложенного аналога;
- отклонить все поступившие предложения по позициям 1, 2, 9 по причине завышенной стоимости.

Выбранные поставщики:
- ООО "ЭЛКОМ СК" по позиции 7 общей стоимостью 266 784,00 (без НДС) на условиях доставки автотранспортной компанией до склада покупателя за счет поставщика, условия оплаты - отсрочка 30 к.д. после поступления товара на склад покупателя, срок поставки в течении 10 к.д. после подписания спецификации;
- ООО "ЭНЕРГО-СИТИ" по позициям 6, 8 общей стоимостью 38 190,00 руб. (без НДС) на условиях доставки автотранспортной компанией до склада покупателя за счет поставщика, условия оплаты - предоплата 50%, остальные 50% в течении 5 банковских дней после уведомления о готовности товара к отгрузке, срок поставки - 30-35 к.д. после доплаты;
- ООО "КОЛОВРАТ" по позиции 10 общей стоимостью 22 998,50 руб. (без НДС) на условиях доставки автотранспортной компанией до склада покупателя за счет поставщика, условия оплаты - 100% отсрочка платежа в течение 30 к.д. от даты поставки товара на склад покупателя, срок поставки - 25 к.д. с момента подписания спецификации;
- ООО"РУСЭЛМАШ" по позиции 11 общей стоимостью 156 916,67 руб. (без НДС) на условиях доставки автотранспортной компанией до склада покупателя за счет поставщика, условия оплаты - 50% предоплата, 50% отсрочка в течение 10 календарных дней после поставки, срок поставки - 45-65 к.д.
По позициям 1, 2, 9 переходим к осуществлению закупки вне ЭТП посредством составления конкурентного листа.
