Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Advance payment is not provided for. Payment for the services rendered is made by the Customer upon the fact of their provision on the basis of the acceptance certificate of the services rendered, signed by both parties and the invoice, signed by the contractor (subject to compliance with the requirements for their design established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation and the contract), no later than 30 calendar days from the date of signing the act by both parties.
