Payment for the services rendered is made by the Customer upon the fact of their provision on the basis of the certificate of delivery - acceptance of the services rendered and the invoice of the Contractor signed by the Customer during:
- 30 calendar days from the date of signing documents confirming the fact of the provision of services (stage of provision of services), for contracts:
* up to 5 million rubles. with VAT (inclusive);
* with the only Contractor - the organization of the industry (without price limitation);
- 15 working days from the date of signing documents confirming the fact of the provision of services (stage of provision of services), for contracts with SMEs;
- 45 calendar days from the date of signing documents confirming the fact of rendering services (stage of rendering services) by the contractor, and the provision by the contractor of the documents stipulated by the contract for contracts for the provision of services with a contract price of more than 5 million rubles. VAT included
