Comments:
LLC "AGMK" asks to inform about the possibility of carrying out repair work on the repair of sanitary units at the Kindergarten facility (MBDOU No. 48), 40 Stroiteley Ave., Amursk; Kindergarten (MBDOU No. 52), 56a Stroiteley Ave., Amursk.
To consider your commercial offer, you must provide the following documents:
- Completed Appendix No. 2.1 in EXCEL format. It is necessary to fill in all four tabs of the application (PM Table, Commercial Proposal Card, RDC, Other expenses)
- Completed work schedule (Appendix No. 2.2)
- Send constituent documents according to the list of Appendix 3 and Consent to the processing of personal data according to Appendix 4.
- Send supporting documents confirming the data from the PM table of Appendix No. 2.1.

Criteria for choosing the best offer: availability of necessary documents for conducting business, quality, timing and cost of work, payment terms, work experience. This offer request procedure is not a tender and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation; This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation; Thus, this offer request procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Customer. The attached Contract is not a public offer, however, the terms of the Contract will be binding on the winner of the COMPETITIVE Bidding process.

LLC "AGMK" also informs that since April 02, 2019, the Reverse Auction procedure (competitive bidding process for price reduction) has been introduced into the commercial activities of Polymetal when choosing a contractor for the provision of services and the performance of construction and installation works. The Reverse Auction is carried out on the B2B-centr electronic platform, in exceptional cases in person. The company cannot be recognized as the winner of the tender in case of refusal to participate in the ReverseAuction. Only B2B-centr Bidders registered on the E-Marketplace are allowed to participate in the procedure. The ReverseAuction procedure provides only for a reduction in the declared value. The remaining conditions specified in the commercial offer remain unchanged. The company participating in the ReverseAuction undertakes to take at least one competitive bidding process step from the initial price. A Reverse Auction Bidder who has not taken a single step down cannot be recognized as the Winner of the Reverse Auction.
