The repair period is March-May 2021.
Type of work: cleaning the cooling tower bowl from technological precipitation, replacement of the water distribution system and sprinklers, diagnostics of the cooling tower pressure pipeline, replacement of valves in accordance with the list of defects (Appendix No. 1).

Limited Liability Company "Engineering Construction Servicing" branch in Krasnoturyinsk reserves the right to reject an application for participation in the selection if:
- the contractor has not submitted an application within the above period;
- revealed the facts of providing false information;
- the contractor is in the process of liquidation or reorganization, or insolvency (bankruptcy) proceedings have been initiated against him.
Selection and determination of the selection winners will be carried out taking into account the assessment of the following criteria:
- deferred payment of at least 60 cal. days from the date of delivery;
- transition to a non-bill form of settlement * (in the event that your TCH specifies a delay of less than 60 days and refusal from a bill of exchange settlement, all other things being equal, the priority will be on the side of the Participant who offered a longer payment delay and sent consent to the bill scheme calculations);
- fixing prices for the selection period;
- lack of negative experience of working with enterprises with ISO LLC
- Submission of the following copies of documents (in case of choosing your company as a supplier for the conclusion of the contract):
a) State registration certificates;
b) Tax registration certificates;
c) Documents confirming the powers of the persons signing the Agreement and primary documents (orders for the appointment of the director and chief accountant; powers of attorney containing the appropriate powers, protocol of appointment);
d) Accounting statements (Balance sheet (Form No. 1) and Profit and Loss Statement (Form No. 2)) for the last reporting date preceding the date of the conclusion of the Agreement, with a mark on the acceptance of the Federal Tax Service Inspectorate (including with the attachment of a receipt for acceptance by TCS , if the company reports to the IFTS in electronic form);
e) Enterprise charter (in full).
Limited Liability Company "Engineering Construction Service" reserves the right, if it is impossible to determine the best application and in order to ensure equal competitive conditions for all selection participants, send a list of minimum prices to all selection participants (without specifying the contractors who offered these prices) and invite all selection participants to correct and submit their final applications. Contractors who have not submitted bids in the 1st round are not allowed to the 2nd round.
Limited Liability Company "Engineering Construction Service" reserves the right not to motivate its decision to determine the selection winners.
If your company is recognized as the winner of the selection, based on the selection of contractors, you need to conclude direct work contracts with the branch of ISO LLC with the obligatory submission of the above package of documents.
If your company refuses to submit the above documents (in whole or in part), please send a written notification to our address.
Information provided by you for participation in the selection is not communicated to persons not related to the selection process, as well as to other selection participants.
If your company refuses to participate in this Selection, please send us a written notice.
