8) In cases where the counterparty is not a manufacturer of goods and materials, while he is not able to provide documents (the status must be confirmed by an official letter (certificate) of the manufacturer of goods and materials or information on the status of the supplier must be present on the manufacturer's website), his proposal for the supply of goods and materials is considered if the counterparty agrees to include the following clause in the contract:
"In the case of delivery of non-original goods (goods of another manufacturer), the Supplier pays the Buyer a penalty in the amount of 100% (one hundred percent) of the amount of the delivered goods and replaces the goods with the original."
