Payment terms:
Payment is made by the Customer within 60 (sixty) calendar days after signing the acts of completed work. Other payment options are being considered, which will be assessed in conjunction with other conditions for the performance of the work (total cost, terms, etc.).
The payment date under the agreement is considered to be the date of withdrawal of funds from the Customer's current account.

Service provision:
- inspection of aspiration systems and gas cleaning plants;
- commissioning of aspiration systems and gas cleaning plants;
- inspection and adjustment, supply ventilation systems; cyclones, manifolds, gas ducts,
- preparation of defective statements, acts;
- development of operating charts for aspiration systems, gas cleaning plants;
- drawing up estimates;
- acts of efficiency of aspiration systems and gas purification plants.
The services are provided in accordance with the "Technical specifications".
Special conditions:
1. The provision of services on the territory of the enterprise should be carried out on the basis of current legislative and regulatory acts on labor protection, environmental and sanitary legislation, results laboratory studies and use of data received by the Contractor from the Customer in accordance with the established procedure.
2. As part of the offer, the Contractor must provide:
- confirmation of positive and sufficient experience in providing services on the subject of procurement for at least three contracts over the past three years (acts of services rendered);
- accreditation certificate with the application of the accreditation scope corresponding to the necessary measurements (in accordance with the Appendix to the Technical Assignment);
3. The Contractor, within 10 calendar days before the date of rendering services at the Customer's site, is obliged to provide testing for Covid 19 by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) sent to the facility employees.
4. The Contractor is obliged to provide the Customer with documentary confirmation of the absence of Sovid 19.
The results of the services provided and requirements for the issuance of documentation:
- developed operating maps of aspiration systems and gas cleaning plants;
- condition report, defective list and replacement calculation for each aspiration system and gas cleaning unit.
- acts of checking the efficiency of aspiration systems and gas purification plants.
- adjustment of electric filters and aspiration systems.
- recommendations for increasing the efficiency of the gas treatment plants on paper.
- improving the efficiency of cleaning gas purification plants.

Employees of the Contractor who arrived from other regions or left the territory of the Novosibirsk Region are required to provide a negative test for the determination of PHK (PCR) for the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus — the causative agent of severe acute respiratory syndrome (COVID-19). The test results must be valid no more than fourteen calendar days from the date of collection.

The contractor/Contractor is obliged to perform the work/service on its own. The involvement of third parties is allowed only with the prior written permission of the Customer.
By submitting an offer (offer), the Contractor/Executor guarantees that it is a bona fide taxpayer. At the request of the Customer, the Contractor is obliged to provide tax reports for the last reporting period certified by the tax authority.
In the event that tax reports are not available or do not allow us to verify with a sufficient degree of certainty the integrity of the Contractor/Contractor, the Customer has the right to request other documents, confirming the possibility of self-fulfillment
Contractor/Executor of works/services, including, but not limited to: an extract from the staffing table with copies of employment contracts of persons involved in the work, information on availability owned or leased: office, warehouse, production premises, equipment/tools/mechanisms, vehicles.
If these documents are not provided, the Customer has the right to reject the offer (offer).
Please note that this request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057 - 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code RF. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time without incurring any liability to the Participants.
