Payment terms:
The cost of work should also include the costs of:
a. Mobilization and demobilization of personnel and equipment to and from the service delivery point;
b. All costs of transport and means of mechanization involved in the production of work;
c. Travel expenses: daily allowance, food, accommodation of workers at the place of work;
d. all types of permits for the production of work (licenses, certificates (admissions) SRO, permits).
Materials and equipment required for the work are provided by the Contractor. Delivery, installation, dismantling of equipment by forces and at the expense of the Contractor.
Delivery terms:
The scope of work includes:
- inspection of the defective area, if necessary - expansion of the inspection area.
- preparation of a report on the causes and recommendations for eliminating the defect.
- preparation of project documentation to eliminate the defect
As a result of the work, the Contractor transfers the documentation to the Customer:
- survey report
- design documentation, as part of a preliminary estimate and / or a project for the production of work (by agreement with the Customer), which will form the basis of the subsequent tender at the choice of the Contractor for the renovation of the building.
1. When preparing for the work, it is necessary to take into account the recommendations of the regional authorities and local authorities on compliance with the regime for preventing the spread of the virus (COVID 19)
2. Only employees authorized to visit the territory of STU LLC by Weatherford Security Service are allowed to work;
3. Involvement of third-party organizations to perform specialized types of work as agreed with the Customer, with the provision of letters of guarantee from organizations involved in the work.

1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. Before the envelopes are opened, the participants of this procedure MUST attach to their proposals in electronic form all the necessary documents simultaneously with the submission of the proposal, signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization participating in this procedure. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.
Note: This request for proposals is not a tender notice (public tender) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability before the participants.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
