The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing the total lot price from their previously submitted proposal.

Comments:
To participate in the procurement procedure, the following documents must be supported:
1. Commercial proposal on the letterhead of the organization indicating the following information:
- deadline in calendar days;
- cost in rubles excluding VAT (with indication of taxation system);
- warranty period;
- payment terms (taking into account the requirements of Rusagro Group of Companies);
- acceptable amount of penalties (% for a full week of delay in the performance of work);
- willingness to work according to the standard form of the contract of LLC Tambov Bacon.
2. Reference list for similar projects.
3. The balance sheet for the last 2 calendar years.
