Comments:
When placing an application for participation in the procurement procedure, be sure to attach the following files:
1. Letterhead application and specification in Excel format
2. Participant questionnaire in Word format
3. TCH with an indication of the configuration and a full technical description of the proposed equipment
4. SRO certificate
5. Documents according to the list, according to the TOR and a free-form letter confirming the requirements for the contractor (clause 3.3 of the TOR)

The offer on the electronic trading platform must match the offer uploaded in the procurement documentation.

The price must include the cost of products, VAT, shipping costs, duties, taxes, fees and other mandatory payments.
