Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Requirements for the Contractor:
1. Survey and design work must be performed on the basis of a certificate of admission to such types of work issued by a self-regulatory organization (SRO).
2. The term of registration of an organization as a legal entity, as well as the term of its tax registration, must be at least 1 year.
3. The contractor must have relevant work experience.
4. The Contractor has no overdue arrears in the payment of taxes and fees.
5. The contractor undertakes not to have overdue arrears in the payment of taxes and fees at the time of conclusion of contracts.
6. The contractor must have, confirmed by the staffing table, the necessary engineering staff of the performers
7. The contractor's questionnaire must be completed (attached to the bid documentation).
