Albazino Resources LLC invites you to take part in a competition for the performance of work (rendering of services) to examine the technical condition of a building located in the city of Amursk, Khabarovsk Territory.

Place of performance of work (provision of services):
The territory of the Contractor \ Khabarovsk Territory, Amur Region, Amursk, ul. Mechanical Engineers, 2.

Dates of commencement and completion of work (services):
1. Start date: 07/27/2020;
2. Completion date: 08/31/2020.
Start of work on a letter of guarantee from the Customer.

Requirements for the performance of work (provision of services):
1. Determine the actual technical condition of the building and its elements being inspected, obtain actual quality indicators of structures at the date of the survey for the possibility of further reconstruction. Preparation of a report on the technical condition of the survey object;
2. Reporting documentation is submitted for approval to the Customer in electronic form;
3. Submission of documentation:
The report is executed in 5 copies: 4 (four) copies. on paper (signed originals) and 1 (one) copy. on electronic media in true formats (signed PDF and development format). Development format - drawings in AutoCAD format (version not earlier than 2017) 1: 1 scale, text and tabular documentation in MS Word, Excel.

Requirements for the availability of permits for the Contractor:
1. The Contractor must be a member of the SRO-I (it is obligatory to provide an extract from the register of the SRO not earlier than 01.04.2020);
2. Soil and material testing laboratories must be accredited, have qualified specialists;
3. The measuring instruments / instruments used in the examination must be verified. Mandatory availability of valid certificates on verification of instruments / measuring instruments;
4. The Contractor has the right to attract third parties for laboratory tests in agreement with the Customer. The responsibility for the reliability of the obtained test results from third parties lies with the Contractor.

Mandatory requirements for the Contractor for HSE:
Set out in paragraph 16 of the technical specifications.

Accommodation, meals, delivery of personnel to the object (e) of the Customer:
The Customer does not provide and does not render assistance in organizing the delivery, accommodation and meals of the Contractor’s personnel on the territory of the Customer. In his commercial proposal, the Contractor must provide for these costs.

We would be grateful to receive your offer with the following applications:
- a commercial offer on the official letterhead of the participant signed by an authorized person indicating information on the approval of the basic draft contract without disagreement, or the provision of an appropriate protocol of disagreement;
- completed proposal card (Appendix No. 3 to the letter);
- completed counterparty form (Appendix No. 4 to the letter) and the reference list;
- scanned copies of permits required to perform work;
- charter (in the latest edition with all amendments and additions);
- certificate of state registration (on assignment of PSRN);
- certificate of tax registration;
- the decision of the authorized management body of the legal entity on the appointment of the executive body;
- if necessary - a power of attorney for the person who signed the contract;
- a letter from the Federal State Statistics Service on the assignment of codes;
- extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
- consent to the processing of personal data (in accordance with the form) (Appendix No. 5 to the letter).

This request for proposals procedure is not a tender and its conduct is not governed by Articles 447-449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 of Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer
