Delivery terms:The cost of each equipment repair work
is determined by estimated financial calculations. Estimates
and financial calculations are made by the Contractor on
the basis of Territorial Unit Prices (TER)
developed by the Ural Regional Center
for Economics and Pricing in Construction

construction and special works to the TER base 2001 in
the edition of 2014

Comments:
The delivery of works by the Contractor and their acceptance by the Customer
is carried out on a commission basis, and is executed by an act
signed by both parties. The delivery of works on
the basis of a unilateral act is not allowed.
The contractor provides a certificate of the technical condition
of each piece of equipment after maintenance,
repairs or emergency maintenance.
