Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Advance payment is not provided. Payment for services rendered is made not later than 10 (ten) banking days from the date of signing of the services rendered by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor on the basis of an invoice issued by the Contractor. Payments can be made in cash directly to the ZOLD. If you pay cash receipt is issued with the name, initials of passengers and amount of payment.

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
