Обоснование: На основании п. 5.13.1.1 Положения о закупке продукции для нужд АО «Зарамагские ГЭС», осуществить закупку услуг у единственного источника Общества с ограниченной ответственностью «ФАСТ-ИНФОРМ», адрес: 362008, г.Владикавказ, ул., Гастелло/Дзержинского, д. 73/69 на «Обслуживание (периодическое обновление) программного продукта "Консультант+"» с ценой предложения 381 355 (Триста восемьдесят одна тысяча триста пятьдесят пять) рублей 93 копейки, НДС не облагается на основании письма ООО «Фаст-Информ» № 3Ц-01/17-изм от 15.02.2017г. о добровольном снижении стоимости предложения.
