To participate in this trading procedure, applicants must provide the following documents:
1. Commercial offer (the template is attached to the auction).
2. The balance sheet of the organization for the last reporting period.
3. Reference list, in the absence of experience with Rusagro Group of Companies (template attached to the auction).
4. Required licenses and permits for this type of work
5. The consent of the taxpayer (payer of insurance premiums) to the recognition of information constituting a tax secret, publicly available and a receipt for the acceptance of this consent by the Federal Tax Service. 6. Participation in the tender means the consent of the participants to sign the standard form of the contract without making any changes (attached to the auction);
7. To conclude an agreement, the participant must provide a full package of statutory documents in accordance with Appendix No. 1 to this tender
8. The participant must familiarize himself with the Biosafety Regulation and the rules of work of contractors on the territory of the Customer. These provisions will be binding annexes to the contract. Violation of these provisions will result in a fine of RUB 50,000.
In the absence of a complete package of documents, your application will not be considered.
