This request for proposals procedure is not a tender procedure. The organizer has the right to refuse all received offers for any reason or to terminate the request for quotations at any time, without incurring any liability to the Suppliers!

MANDATORY acceptance of the contract as amended by the Customer attached to the PURCHASING DOCUMENTATION !!!

Service cost is determined as a fixed amount per team per month; Mandatory use of digital video registration systems (IP cameras); The number of video cameras at one facility must be at least 8 pcs. (1 camera must be installed in the master's carriage); Possibility of round-the-clock service and execution of orders; Elimination of partial installation and dismantling of the system due to the use of wireless data transmission systems on the blocks; Performing work on its own without involving subcontractors; Including transportation costs; Service and maintenance includes assembly and disassembly work; Geography of systems servicing Republic of Tatarstan, Orenburg region, Samara region, Perm region, Republic of Udmurtia; Warranty repair of equipment is carried out by the contractor; Availability of industrial safety and labor protection certificates for the work performers at hazardous production facilities; Copying video information to USB disks in automatic mode, without user intervention, for the last 7 days from all video cameras; Experience in servicing video recording systems at drilling rigs; The completeness of the equipment is indicated in Appendix No. 1 to the specification; The list of possible spare parts and accessories is indicated in Appendix No. 2 to the specification; The serviced equipment is owned by the Customer.
