Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Not earlier than 30 working days from the date of work. The proposed prices must be fixed until 12/31/2020.
Delivery terms:Performance of work at the location of the customer’s vehicles and in the service center of the contractor. The location of service centers in the Belgorod, Kursk and Tambov regions is required for the respective lots.

Commercial proposal shall specify:
- The cost of work;
- Duration of work from the date of application;
- Payment terms;
- Commercial proposal validity period;
- Readiness to cooperate under a standard contract of GK Rusagro;
- Warranty period;
- Possible provision of security (bank guarantee) if the commercial proposal implies partial or full advance payment.
It is necessary to attach to the proposal copies of the documents specified in the request.
