Payment terms:Payment is made by the Customer within 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of signing by both parties of the Act of acceptance of work performed (f. KS-2), certificates of the cost of work performed (f. KS-3), invoicing by the Contractor.
Delivery terms:The work must be completed and performed by the Contractor and handed over to the Customer within the timeframes determined by the Agreement and annexes to the Agreement, which are necessary in accordance with the NTD.
Upon completion of the work, the organization performing the service must provide the customer with all reporting documentation.
