We invite you to take part in the procedure "Maintenance of universal trolleys for drivers with 2-wheel sleds"

Participation in these auctions is free of charge.
The ongoing Competition is a Request for proposals (an invitation to make offers).
A prerequisite for participation in the request for proposals is the attachment on the electronic platform of the final commercial offer following the completion of the procedure, indicating: prices in the currency of the auction without VAT.
To participate in the procedure, the participant must fill out and attach the following documents by uploading them to the B2B ETP:
• Appendix No. 1 – KP form in Excel and PDF electronic format (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization)
• Appendix No. 2 – KA card in electronic Excel format
• Appendix No. 4 – Compliance questionnaire in electronic Excel and PDF format (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization)
• Appendix No. 6 – Consent to participation in PDF format (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization)
• Appendix No. 9 – Letter of Guarantee in PDF format (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization)

The organizer of the procedure reserves the right to reschedule.
The ongoing request for proposals is not a Tender (a form of bidding) provided for in Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
X5 Group is not obliged to choose the winner according to the procedure and has the right to complete it by rejecting all received applications.
Participants should be aware of this circumstance and take it into account when submitting their applications..
