List of works:
1 Implementation of constant monitoring of the technical condition and correct functioning of the systems as a whole;
2 Periodic verification (by measurements, tests) of compliance of parameters with the requirements of technical (operational) documentation;
3 Carrying out a complex of works to maintain the operability of systems during the entire service life;
4 Timely replacement of individual components and parts of systems regulated by technical documentation on them;
5 Maintaining a permanent record of failures, failures and false positives of systems, identifying and eliminating the causes of their occurrence;
6 Generalization and analysis of the received information on the technical and functional condition of the serviced systems, development and implementation of measures to improve the methods of maintenance of systems;
7 Early determination of the achievement of the limit resource by individual components of the systems in order to replace them in a timely manner;
8 Timely elimination of malfunctions of individual components or systems identified during operation or maintenance of systems as a whole within the framework of TR systems;
9 Metrological support of the work carried out, both during operation and maintenance of systems, including the provision of measuring instruments, the implementation of their timely verification, compliance with metrological standards, norms and rules.

the requirements set out in paragraph 4 of the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 07/28/2020 No. 1128 (ed. dated 11/30/2021) "On approval of the Regulations on licensing activities for installation, maintenance and repair of fire safety equipment for buildings and structures", namely:
a) the presence of buildings (structures, premises) at the licensee at the place where the licensed type of activity is carried out, owned by it on the right of ownership or on another legal basis, for the placement of employees, equipment, tools and technical means;
b) the licensee has equipment, tools, technical means, including measuring instruments, according to the list provided for in part four of Article 24 of the Federal Law "On Fire Safety", verified in accordance with the Federal Law "On Ensuring the Uniformity of Measurements", and technical documentation for them belonging to him by right of ownership or on another legal basis, providing for the right of ownership and use, and necessary for the implementation of the licensed activity;
c) the licensee has an employee responsible for the implementation of the licensed type of activity, who has concluded an employment contract with the licensee, has a higher or secondary professional education in the specialty "Fire Safety", or higher education in the field of training "Technosphere safety" (profile - "Fire Safety"), or other higher education, subject to additional professional education according to a standard additional professional program - a professional retraining program approved by the licensing authority, and having at least 5 years of work experience in organizations engaged in the licensed type of activity in positions related to the performance of works (services) that make up the licensed type of activity, and (or) service in organizations (institutions) of the federal fire protection services of the State Fire Service in positions related to the implementation of the licensed type of activity. An employee may be responsible for the implementation of a licensed type of activity only for one legal entity or individual entrepreneur;

d) the presence in the staff of the licensee of employees performing work (rendering services) constituting the licensed type of activity (when performing 1 or 2 types of work (services) - at least 2 people, when performing 3 or 4 types of work (services) - at least 3 people, when performing 5 or more types of work (services) - at least 5 people) who have concluded employment contracts with the licensee;
