4. Participation in the tender means the consent of the participants to sign as annexes to the contract without making changes:

The contract template will be used by the winning counterparty, BUT with adjustments by Tambov Bacon LLC
5. In order to conclude the contract, the participant must ensure the provision of a full package of statutory documents in accordance with Appendix No. 1 to this tender.
If there is no complete package of documents, your application will not be considered.
