The submitted proposal must be certified by the signature of the head with a stamp. The offer must strictly comply with the data indicated on the electronic site. If there is a discrepancy between the data in the attached TP and the completed electronic form on the site, the electronic form has priority. In case of non-compliance with the above requirements, the TP will be rejected.
In case of providing false information, a potential service provider may be removed from participation in the Purchase, and if the inaccuracy of the information provided is revealed after the conclusion of the Agreement, such Agreement may be terminated.
The Company has the right to choose an Offer that does not have the lowest price, as well as accept or reject any Offer in whole or in part, as well as reject all Offers with or without explanation, as well as cancel the purchase at any stage, including after the selection of the Winner.
