The provided technical and commercial proposal must consist of two parts - technical and commercial, certified by the signature of the head with a stamp. In the technical part, a list and scope of work must be indicated and it is not allowed to indicate any information related to the commercial part (total cost, unit prices, payment terms, etc.). If necessary, separate documents of the technical and commercial parts of the TCH may duplicate each other, provided that such documents in the technical part of the TCH will be presented without specifying prices, and in the commercial part with prices. The technical and commercial proposal must strictly comply with the data indicated on the electronic site. If there is a discrepancy between the data in the attached TCH and the completed electronic form on the site, the electronic form has priority. In case of non-compliance with the above requirements, the TCH will be rejected.
