PJSC VimpelCom announces the start of prequalification of suppliers in the category of employee training in the following areas:
1. Development of trainers by Lot
LOT 1: Supervision and certification:
1.1. Program "Full-time and remote formats for corporate training"
1.2. Program "Development and implementation of business simulations"
1.3. The program "Development and conduct of team sessions, facilitations"
LOT 2: Development and conduct of training for trainers:
2.1. The program "Training for trainers of the CPC (customer support center) / basic level" (20 people)
2.2. The program "Training for trainers of their own retail / intermediate level" (30 people)
2.3. Program "Training for B2B Trainers and Beeline University / Advanced Level" (20 people)
2. Training in the direction "Public speaking, effective argumentation, effective communication skills" with a breakdown into Lots:
LOT 1: Services in the form of individual lessons for CEOs of CEO, CEO-1, CEO-2
LOT 2: Training programs (trainings, business games, and other formats) for CEOs of CEO-2, CEO-3, for participants in special development programs (talent pool, top talent, etc.)

Prequalification goal: compilation of a list of potential participants in procurement activities
Based on the qualification results, the supplier will be given the status:
• certainly qualified
• not qualified.
Invitations to participate in procurement activities will be sent to all unconditionally qualified suppliers, as the need arises.
Validity of qualification results is unlimited.
All suppliers who do not qualify will be notified of the results via e-mail.
To participate in the prequalification, the supplier must provide the following documents:
1. Qualification form completed
o in exel format
o pdf format signed by an authorized person
2. Member application form completed
o in word format
o pdf format signed by an authorized person
3. Power of attorney for an authorized person, if the documents are not signed by the Director General
4. Supplier card completed in exel format
5. Privacy statement, in pdf format, signed by an authorized person on the letterhead of the participating company
6. Financial documents (not applicable for individual entrepreneurs)
- Scan of the balance sheet for the analyzed period, certified by the seal of the company and the tax authority;
- Scan of the profit and loss statement for the analyzed period, certified by the seal of the company and the tax authority;
- An excel template for financial evaluation completed in accordance with the attached financial statements (Appendix financial audit).
- If the last available reporting is annual, then annual reporting for the last 2 years is provided. If the last available reporting is for a quarter / half-year / 9 months, then reporting is provided for 3 periods: the last reporting period of the current year and 2 previous years.
