7 The price remains fixed for each of the positions and does not depend on the size. All products must strictly comply with the declared GOST standards and delivered in accordance with the terms of the contract
8 The validity period of the commercial offer is until the conclusion of the delivery contract. Delivery prices are valid for 1 year.
9 The participant must be a user registered in the Trade and Procurement system "B2B-Cordiant" on http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru in accordance with the established procedure and having the rights of a Participant in the System.
10 This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
