Payment terms:Payment for the Goods is made according to a delay of 90 days every Thursday every month from the date of delivery to the consignee’s warehouse in the amount of 100% of the amount on the basis of TORG-12 or UPD invoices signed by the Buyer (Consignee)
Delivery terms:The transport costs for the delivery of goods to the warehouse of the Consignee are borne by the Supplier

Comments:
1. Participant must be a user registered at B2B-Cordiant Trade and Procurement system at http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru in accordance with the established procedure, and have the rights of the Participant of the System.
2. This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer may cancel the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for bids receipt, incurring no liability.
3. If the supplier takes part in the tender, it means that if it is declared the winner, it will conclude a supply agreement and a storage agreement in the standard form of Cordiant JSC without a protocol of disagreement and deliver on the terms specified in the procurement announcement.
4. All the prices in the proposal must include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all associated services, as well as any discounts offered by the supplier.
5. We draw your attention to the photo-gaffia of the samples of the purchased shoes are in the attached files, overalls must match the attached samples, changing the style is not allowed.
6. Shoes are accepted for delivery after the provision of samples (until 10/28/2019) for approval and after passing production tests at Cordiant JSC.
7. The price remains fixed for each position and does not depend on the size of overalls, safety shoes. All products must strictly comply with the declared GOSTs and delivered in accordance with the declared size range.
8. The attached file with information on the planned procurement volume in 2020 is approximate and can be adjusted during 2020.
9. Delivery time - 04/01/2020 - 03/31/2021.
