1. This competitive procedure for the preliminary selection of the Supplier is sent in accordance with the Tender Rules of the Tender Organizer as part of the procedure for requesting commercial offers, which (like the ongoing procedure for the preliminary selection of the Supplier) is not an offer, auction or competition and its conduct is not regulated by Art. 447-449 part 1 and 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all proposals received for any reason or to terminate the selection process at any time without explanation, without bearing any responsibility to the Participants.
To participate in the tender, participants must be accredited to the specified ETP in accordance with the rules of this ETP for Rusagro tenders
2. The tender organizer reserves the right to choose several winners, dividing the supply of the specified quantity of goods at its discretion and without explaining the reasons between several potential suppliers participating in the competitive procedure
3. The template of the customer’s standard contract is attached to the tender documentation
