Auto-extension

Payment terms:Used metal structures and second-hand reinforced concrete products collected as a result of cleaning the Customer's territory are transferred to the Contractor as payment for the work performed.
Delivery terms:Loading, transportation of processed volumes of second-hand metal structures and second-hand reinforced concrete products is carried out by the Contractor's forces and means to the areas specified by the Customers (no more than 6 km)

We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of a competition (public competition) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, the specified procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate volume of civil and legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Participants. The contractor is obliged to provide the service on its own. Involvement of third parties is allowed only with the prior written permission of the Customer.
By sending an offer (offer), the Contractor guarantees that he is a bona fide taxpayer. At the request of the Customer, the contractor is obliged to provide tax reports for the last reporting period, certified by the tax authority.
In the event that tax reporting is absent or does not allow with a sufficient degree of confidence to be convinced of the good faith of the Contractor, the Customer has the right to request other documents confirming the possibility of independent provision of services by the Contractor, including but not limited to: an extract from the staffing table with copies of the employment contracts of the persons involved for the performance of work, information about the ownership or lease: office, warehouse, industrial premises, equipment / tools / mechanisms, vehicles.
If the specified documents are not provided, the Customer has the right to reject the offer (offer).
