2. Type and volume of work carried out:
Execution of works on cleaning of the pipeline and wells of the storm sewerage system in the area of the pekosclade of the SPC section №1 of JSC "EPM-NEZ" includes
2.1. Removal of clogging, sediments on the inner surface of production runoff pipelines.
2.2. Cleaning the inner surface and removal of sediments from wells.
2.3. Characteristics of the pipeline, which is the object of the works:

3. Description of the cleaning of the production drain system at "EPM-NEZ" JSC:
3.1. Cleaning is done in stages (by areas from well to well).
As a result of the cleaning, all sediments and pollution on the walls and bottom of the sewage wells and the inner surface of the piping shall be removed. The entire cross-section of the pipeline must be cleaned. The number of cleaning cycles depends on the contamination of the pipeline.
The result of cleaning is removal of all sediments and deposits of petroleum products and mechanical impurities on the inner surface of the pipeline, walls and bottom of wells.
You must use the following methods when cleaning pipelines:
- mechanical cleaning (piping is cleaned by means of special erches with metal inserts, which are extended several times through the existing pipe until its complete cleaning and destruction of sediment.)
- hydrodynamic cleaning (cleaning using nozzles, liquid jets for cleaning pipe walls with lateral rotating jets, as well as for breaking solid deposits)
3.2. Requirements for process equipment for cleaning pipelines:
The special equipment used for piping shall provide hydrodynamic and mechanical cleaning by methods that do not lead to the destruction of the piping.
If it is necessary to seal the pipeline, then restore it by its own forces and materials. When the sites of destruction or damaged sections of the pipeline are detected, report to the customer in a timely manner.
3.3. Requirements for performance of work:
Pour deposits from wells and pipelines to carry out special equipment adapted to carry out this type of work.
All sediment, debris, pollution generated during washing, to be taken to the place specified by the customer.
Provide timely daily cleaning of work sites, organize safe movement of people and vehicles at work locations, installation of warning signs when performing work.
When performing work it is necessary to use protective means (helmets, goggles, work clothes, PPE hands, signal vests with light retractive elements, special shoes).
It is categorically forbidden to open the manhole covers of chambers and wells on underground structures and to be lowered into them without permission and documentation. To lift the hatch of the well should use the crowbar with a special tip and hook. The tip and hook must be made of colored metal to prevent spark formation. It is forbidden to open the lid with your hands. After opening the hatch before descending into underground structures, the air must be examined for the presence of dangerous gases. If they have them, the descent of workers into underground facilities is prohibited. Descend into wells with the use of safety equipment, if necessary, apply hose gas masks.
3.4. Requirements for piping cleanup personnel:
Staff must have the necessary professional knowledge.
Operators of canalwashing and sewage machines must provide documents confirming the qualification and right of operation of the specified equipment.
4. Deadline of work
Beginning of work 03.2020.

5. Requirements to the Contractor
5.1 The perpetrator must have the necessary production and human resources to carry out the work and be a member of the self-regulatory organization (SRO).
5.2 For clarification of the terms and conditions of performance of works, familiarization with the object, arrival of representatives of the Contractor to the Customer is obligatory.
5.3 The Contractor shall indicate the procedure for payment of the works and other conditions in his offer.
5.4 Certification of the head, the ITR and the executors on industrial safety and occupational health in accordance with Appendix No. 1.
5.5 Providing OT and OB measures, safe methods of production of works at the site.
5.6 Prior to the issuance of the permit for the work, the Contractor shall provide the following documents to the Customer: copies of documents confirming the existence of a labor protection service in the contracting organization and /or occupational safety specialist (order for appointment to a position in a contracting organization, certificate of a labor protection specialist) or the existence of a contract with an accredited organization in the field of provision occupational health services.$
5.7 Security of warranty obligations for at least 12 months.
5.8 Employees engaged for the performance of the work shall have training corresponding to the nature of the performance of the work marked in the special certificate of training and delivery examinations in the certification boards.
6. Safety of production of works
In the production of works, the contracting organization must comply with the following rules:
- rules on occupational safety in the operation of electrical installations;
- rules of technical operation of consumer power plants;
- safety rules of hazardous production facilities, where lifting facilities are used;
- rules for the device of electrical installations;
- regulations on fire safety;
- Rules on occupational safety at work at the height of POT RM-012-200;
- the rules of environmental, sanitary and other regulations in force on the territory of the Russian Federation and to ensure safe working conditions for the life and health of people.$
In order to produce the work, the contracting organization must undergo an introductory briefing. All works carried out in the territory of JSC "EPM-NEZ" shall be carried out in accordance with the provision "On the application of tolerances in the production of high-hazard works at JSC "EPM-NEZ".
Appendix #1
The list of documents provided to the Department of OT and PB for registration of attitudes - tolerances for production of works by contracting organizations:
1. Copy of the Certificate (SRO) on the right to perform this type of work.
2. A copy of the manual on labor protection from the journal of instructions.
3. ERP, PDP or RTI (if required) .$
4. Copy of the report of certification of workers on labor protection.
5. Copies of certificates of certification of ITR on occupational safety and general requirements of industrial safety. When performing work on gas, on pressure vessels, with the use of PS, in electrical installations, carrying out fire works - copies of certificates for each type of work.
6. Medical admission of staff.
7. Copies of certificates of gas welders, slingers, cranes machinists, lifts (towers). For gas-electric welders - copies of certification protocols for fire-technical minimum.
8. Prior to the registration of the permit for the work, the Contractor is obliged to provide the Customer with the following documents: copies of documents confirming the existence of a labor protection service and/or occupational safety officer (order for appointment to a position in a contracting organization, certificate of occupational protection specialist) or the existence of a contract with an accredited organization in the field of service provision on occupational health. All employees of a contracting organization, including managers, are required to undergo induction instruction in the OTPB and SOE (with themselves to have a document confirming identity and age) In the production of work all employees must have certified clothing, footwear and other personal protective equipment required to perform this type of work
9. In case of identification of discrepancies in the submitted documents to the requirements of normative legal acts, the Customer has the right to initiate an audit by the service of OT and PB in the matters of Occupational Safety and Security Industrial safety in the Contractor's organization.
Note: in case of expiration of any document, the admission is not issued until the new document is provided.
