The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

1. For existing counterparties of JSC TYAZHMASH: 30% advance payment, 70% upon delivery to the warehouse of JSC TYAZHMASH with a deferred payment - 10 calendar days;
2. For new contractors of JSC TYAZHMASH: payment of 100% upon delivery of products to the buyer's warehouse with a deferred payment - 10 calendar days.

Request for proposals is not a type of bidding and does not come under the regulation of Articles 447-449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The notice is an invitation to suppliers to make offers to the organizer of the request for proposals.
The application for participation is an offer of a potential participant in the request for proposals. In this case, the organizer of the request for proposals does not have the obligation to conclude an agreement based on its results.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
Перечень обязательных требований: Рассматриваются заявки исключительно производителей продукции в РФ. Заявки прочих участников не будут рассматриваться;
 Заключение МИНПРОМТОРГА на продукцию по установленному образцу, действующего на момент поставки продукции;
 Предоставление сертификатов качества/соответствия на применяемый в продукции материал;
 Предоставление письма подтверждения закупки ткани от производителя;
 Предоставление коммерческого предложения со сроком действия не менее 30 календарных дней.
