The application for participation is an offer of a potential participant in the request for proposals. In this case, the organizer of the request for proposals does not have the obligation to conclude an agreement on its results.

Перечень обязательных требований: Рассматриваются заявки исключительно производителей продукции в РФ. Заявки прочих участников не будут рассматриваться;
 Обязательное предоставление действующего Заключения о подтверждении производства промышленной продукции на территории Российской Федерации (заключение Минпромторга России).
 Предоставление сертификатов качества/соответствия на применяемый в продукции материал;
 Предоставление письма подтверждения закупки ткани от производителя;
 Предоставление коммерческого предложения со сроком действия не менее 30 календарных дней.
