Payment terms:
1. The Buyer undertakes to pay the Supplier in cash in the amount of 100% (one hundred) of the cost of this consignment of goods no later than 15 (fifteen) working days upon shipment after submitting the shipping documents.

Delivery terms:
1. Indicate prices on the terms of self-pickup from the supplier's warehouse. Transportation costs should not be included in the cost of products. In the cost of products, include the manufacture of the crate (is a prerequisite).
Logistics calculations on their own from the Supplier's warehouse specified in the commercial proposal to the Buyer's warehouse can be displayed by participants in a separate line in an alternative commercial proposal, or in the form of a commercial proposal attached to the current lot (not a prerequisite).
2. Indicate the date of product readiness for shipment and shipping address.
3. Indicate the manufacturer of the product. Indicate the relationship to the product. If a dealer or distributor, attach documents confirming the status.
4. Attach a Declaration of Conformity / Certificate for the proposed products. When delivered, the package must contain a passport and an operating manual.
5. Indicate the dimensions of each unit of production and the general ones for the application (weight, volume).
6. Supplied products shall be new, not previously used. Products must comply with the terms of reference;
7. Upon shipment, a packing list must be attached to each package in the form established by the Buyer. Before sending it is necessary to send a photo of each package.
8. Warranty for goods and materials shall be effective at least from the date of receipt of goods and materials in Magadan port. The best option is from the date of receipt of the inventory by the customer or from the moment the inventory is put into operation (one of the proposed options is required). Indicate.
p 9. Winner selection criteria:
1. The lowest cost of the transaction, taking into account the price on the terms of self-pickup (specified in the commercial proposal) and the transport component from the Supplier's warehouse to the Buyer's warehouse (port of Magadan).
2. Coordination of the offered products by the Customer / compliance of technical parameters with the terms of reference.
3. Product readiness period for shipment.
4. The attitude of the participant to the product (manufacturer, dealer, free seller).
5. Providing a full package of documents specified in the conditions for the procedure.
