Comments:
1) The main object of construction is a warehouse – a 1-storey heated building made of LMC with dimensions of 20 * x72* m (TKP in the attachment).
The pitch of the columns is 6m, the span is 20m, without intermediate supports inside the warehouse. The height to the bottom of the load-bearing structures (trusses) is 8 m
. In the bridge building there is an electric single-girder support crane with a lifting capacity of 3.2 tons, with a span of 19.5 m.
The roof is single-pitched (see diagram), with snow holders in two levels, a drainage system.
Lifting-sectional gates, 3.5x4(h) in size, with vertical lift – 3 pcs. (two on the long side of the warehouse and one on the end).
Wall fencing – three-layer sandwich panels with a thickness of 120 mm, roof – three-layer sandwich panels with a thickness of 150 mm.
The floors are asphalt concrete.
2) Canopies (indicated in green on the diagram). After the construction of the warehouse, I would like to use the sections (gaps) between the buildings as canopies made of metal structures, on the left – the entrance under the canopy is supposed to be through the gate from the warehouse, on the right, the entrance under the canopy is supposed to be through an opening made in the existing brick wall.
3) Retaining wall (indicated in yellow on the diagram) – determine the dimensions locally.
4) There are no geological surveys yet, the survey of this site is in development. The attached photo shows the current situation (the remains of old production buildings), the dismantling is planned to be carried out on its own.
