Auto-extension

Payment terms:
The Customer pays for the goods delivered by the Supplier by bank transfer in rubles within 10 calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods, receipt of the original invoice documents, invoice drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation, waybill in the form No. TORG-12, original certificate or a copy certified by the seal of the Supplier. The date of delivery of goods is considered the date of marking by the authorized representative of the Supplier in the consignment note on the acceptance of goods at the Customer’s warehouse.

The delivery of the goods is carried out in separate batches on the basis of the customer’s applications taking into account the needs of the customer in the ordered product delivery time of the goods (calendar days) from the date of acceptance of the application.
