Payment terms:
30% advance payment within 10 working days from the date of conclusion of the contract with the selected supplier, 70% within 10 working days from the date of delivery of the goods to the specified warehouse, delivery to the specified warehouse and assembly must be included in the cost of goods.

1) To request the price list attached to the mandatory information which should be reflected in the manual. In the absence of information on at least one of the points of the proposal will not be considered and will be rejected.
2) Commercial proposal shall be issued on the letterhead paper sealed and signed by the company’s CEO and enclosed to the uploaded documents.
3) Commercial proposal shall specify:
- the price of goods and materials (including VAT, the cost of delivery to the Buyer’s warehouse, cost of packing (packing must comply strictly with the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 and GOST 14192-96),
- Supplier’s relation to the supplied goods (independent seller, dealer, manufacturer);
- time of delivery to the Buyer’s warehouse;
- warranty terms;
- estimated volume and weight (of the entire consignment);
- delivery method;
- agreement with the contract.
4) The products shall be new, not previously used, produced no earlier than 6 months from the date of issuing the TAP;
5) By KP must be accompanied by certificates of conformity, passport, proof of quality
6) Before shipment, you must provide a photo card packaging of goods, photo product labeling (labeling requirements for the uploaded documents)
7) Criteria for selecting the best offer: agreement with our contract form, delivery time, price, payment terms, operational experience;
8) This request for proposals is not a contest, and its implementation is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code;
9) This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 of Part 2 of the Civil Code;
Thus, this procedure offers the request does not impose on the customer the appropriate amount of civil law
