2) This procedure does not constitute a public tender and is not subject to Articles No. 447-449 of the Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation,

KP must be attached.
1) A list of obligatory information is attached to the request for prices, which should be reflected in the commercial proposal. In the absence of information on at least one of the items, the proposal will not be considered and will be rejected.
2) Commercial proposal shall be issued on the letterhead paper sealed and signed by the company’s CEO and enclosed to the uploaded documents.
3) Commercial proposal shall specify:
- the price of goods and materials (including VAT, the cost of delivery to the Buyer’s warehouse, cost of packing (packing must comply strictly with the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 and GOST 14192-96),
- Supplier’s relation to the supplied goods (independent seller, dealer, manufacturer);
- time of delivery to the Buyer’s warehouse;
- warranty terms;
- estimated volume and weight (of the entire consignment);
- delivery method;
- agreement with the contract.
4) The products must be new, not previously used, manufactured no earlier than 6 months from the date of the TCH;
5) Certificates of conformity, a passport, a document confirming the quality must be attached to the KP
6) Before shipment, it is necessary to provide a photo map of the product packaging, photo labeling of the goods (labeling requirements in the uploaded documentation)
7) Criteria for choosing the best offer: agreement with our contract form, delivery time, price, payment terms, operational experience;
8) This request for proposals procedure is not a tender, and its conduct is not governed by Articles 447-449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
9) This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 of Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this request for proposals procedure does not impose on the Customer an appropriate amount of civil
